Job Description: We are looking for a results-driven Facebook Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating high-converting ad creatives, targeting strategies, and campaign performance tracking. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns (Meta Ads) Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for ROI Conduct A/B testing on creatives and audience targeting Analyze campaign data and provide performance reports Collaborate with content and design teams for ad creatives Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm updates Requirements: 1+ year of experience in Facebook/Meta advertising Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager Knowledge of pixel setup, retargeting, and conversion tracking Good communication and analytical skills Laptop is mandatory Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
