About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have experience in client acquisition, generating leads, and managing relationships within the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities in recruitment/staffing.
Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Pitch recruitment services and close business deals.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with recruiters for timely delivery.
Meet monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Maintain sales pipeline, reports, and follow-up communication.

What We’re Looking For
1–5 years of experience in BDE / Sales / Client Acquisition, preferably in the recruitment industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to generate leads independently.
Understanding of recruitment processes (IT/Non-IT).
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
