Ltd., a leading construction company, is looking for a Billing & Planning Engineer (Civil) to manage project billing, cost estimation, and planning activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate billing, maintain project documentation, and assist in project scheduling and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly, progress, and final bills for ongoing projects. Maintain and update project documentation , including BOQ, measurement sheets, and site reports. Assist in project planning using Primavera / MS Project. Coordinate with site engineers, clients, and vendors for smooth execution. Track project costs and variations , highlight discrepancies, and suggest corrective measures. Ensure compliance with company standards, quality norms, and timelines. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Diploma acceptable for experienced candidates). 1–5 years of experience in Billing, Planning, and Estimation for construction projects. Proficiency in MS Office , AutoCAD , Primavera / MS Project (preferred). Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
