As a Business Development Manager at EduAbroad, your role will involve identifying, building, and maintaining partnerships with educational institutions, coaching centers, and businesses across multiple states in India. You will be based preferably in Uttar Pradesh or the NCR region, with regular interstate travel required to meet potential partners and execute strategic initiatives. All travel, food, and accommodation expenses will be covered under the company's policy. Key Responsibilities: - Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes & educational organizations - Generate B2B leads and drive structured meetings, presentations, and partnership pitches - Plan outreach activities such as seminars, workshops, and awareness drives - Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and institutional heads - Achieve B2B growth targets and strengthen EduAbroad's regional presence Requirements: - Strong B2B Sales/Business Development experience in the Study Abroad Domain - Excellent networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to travel locally for meetings & events - Target-oriented, confident, and self-driven - Experience representing study abroad services will be a strong advantage EduAbroad was founded by alumni of prestigious institutions such as Harvard, MIT, Cambridge, and Oxford.
