Business Development Manager (BDM)

Your primary responsibility as a Sales/Business Development Manager will be to ensure the achievement of sales targets on a monthly basis. Your key activities will include: - Generating leads and acquiring new clients. - Efficiently managing the sales cycle. - Proactively building relationships with existing and potential clients to identify their business requirements. - Maintaining an updated pipeline. - Developing regular MIS reports on targets. - Leading internal review meetings for sales. - Handling client escalations and resolving them within TAT. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, result-oriented, have a flair for sales, are dedicated and hardworking, as well as responsible and disciplined. The ideal candidate should have a university degree with 0-2 years of experience. Freshers with an MBA degree are also encouraged to apply. Additionally, good communication skills (both written and verbal), PC literacy including Windows, Excel, and CRM, ability to handle customer calls confidently, arrange and handle client meetings, speak confidently about software products, and effectively use email marketing and social media for lead generation are required.
