We are seeking a mission-driven Business Development Manager with a background in social work, child rights, or development sector engagement to lead our fundraising, partnership, and advocacy initiatives. The role involves bridging technology, advocacy, and social impact by building relationships with donors, NGOs, governments, and corporates to expand our child rights–focused AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships
Identify, pursue, and secure funding opportunities through grants, CSR, and international development agencies (UNICEF, UNESCO, Gates Foundation, etc.).
Develop strategic partnerships with NGOs, child rights organizations, academic institutions, and government bodies.
Pitch the organization’s AI-driven child rights solutions to stakeholders in India and abroad.
Build relationships with corporate CSR teams for long-term collaborations.
Social Impact Advocacy
Translate child rights frameworks (UNCRC, SDGs, UNESCO ITGSE) into actionable project proposals for partners.
Represent the organization in social impact forums, child protection networks, and global conferences.
Support program design with a strong social work perspective, ensuring alignment with international rights standards.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
Work closely with leadership to develop growth strategies for both the nonprofit and Labs arm.
Draft grant applications, proposals, donor reports, and partnership decks.
Track global trends in AI for Social Good, CSR, and child rights advocacy.

Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Master’s in Social Work (MSW), Development Studies, Public Policy, or related fields.
Additional certifications in Fundraising, CSR, or Business Development preferred.
Experience:
3–6 years in fundraising, business development, or partnerships within the social impact/NGO sector.
Proven experience in engaging with international donors, CSR foundations, or UN agencies.
Exposure to technology-for-good or digital rights projects a strong plus.
Core Skills:
Strong proposal writing & grant management skills.
Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement abilities.
Ability to balance social impact advocacy with revenue sustainability.
Understanding of child protection laws (POCSO, GDPR, COPPA) and UNCRC framework.
Passion for children’s rights, equity, and ethical technology.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
