Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to develop, expand, and manage the dealer network for Gawade Green Power Pvt Ltd. & lead sales initiatives, develop new business opportunities, and grow our presence in the generator and power solutions market. Ensuring strong market presence, sales growth, and customer satisfaction through strategic dealer partnerships and effective relationship management.The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong client handling skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealer Development & Network Expansion

  • Identify, evaluate, and appoint new dealers/distributors across targeted geographies.
  • Develop strategies to strengthen dealer coverage and penetration in untapped markets.
  • Ensure dealers meet the required standards in infrastructure, manpower, and business potential.
  • Drive dealer sales performance to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Monitor dealer sales pipeline, order booking, and collection efficiency.
  • Implement sales promotion activities, schemes, and campaigns through dealers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers and channel partners.
  • Address dealer issues, conflicts, and grievances in a timely manner.
  • Regularly conduct dealer visits, business reviews, and performance appraisals.
  • Train dealers and their sales teams on company products, USPs, and selling techniques.
  • Provide marketing and branding support for dealer outlets.
  • Ensure dealers follow company’s policies, compliance, and ethical standards.
  • Collect and analyze competitor activities, pricing, and dealer strategies.
  • Provide inputs to management for product improvements and market positioning.
  • Forecast sales trends and recommend corrective measures.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of dealer/channel management and B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence dealer partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹224,189.93 - ₹482,961.32 per year
