To ensure smooth day-to-day office operations by providing administrative and support services, maintaining office cleanliness, and assisting staff in their routine requirements. Key Responsibilities: Office Upkeep & Maintenance Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms. Ensure availability of drinking water, tea/coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors. Handle office waste disposal in a proper manner. Administrative Assistance Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks. Deliver/collect documents, files, or parcels within and outside office premises when required. Ensure office supplies (stationery, pantry items, cleaning materials) are stocked and managed properly. Visitor & Staff Support Serve tea/coffee/water to staff, management, and visitors. Support staff during meetings (arranging refreshments, setting up rooms, etc.). Assist HR/Admin with small tasks such as arranging files, courier handling, etc. General Duties Open and close office premises on time, as per company guidelines. Ensure lights, fans, AC, and other equipment are switched off when not in use. Support in any other official tasks assigned by the Admin/HR team. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 10th / 12th Pass. Basic communication skills (Marathi/Hindi, some English preferred). Honest, punctual, and disciplined. Polite behavior and willingness to help. Prior experience as an office boy/peon/assistant will be an advantage. Work Environment & Benefits: Full-time role based at Chinchwad office. Supportive work environment.
