Business Development Manager (BDM)

As a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a preferred Civil Engineering/Construction background, your role will involve leading Pre-Sales and Business Development activities to drive business growth. You will be responsible for various tasks including managing pre-sales, marketing, and promotional activities, identifying and pursuing tendering opportunities, collaborating with social media marketing teams, developing strong networks with potential clients, architects, PMCs, and consultants, generating leads, securing new projects, and ensuring smooth client handover to execution teams. Key Responsibilities: - Manage pre-sales, marketing, promotional activities, and presentations. - Identify and pursue tendering and bidding opportunities, prepare proposals, and lead negotiations. - Collaborate with social media marketing teams to enhance brand visibility. - Develop strong networks with Potential Clients, Architects, PMCs, Consultants, etc. - Generate leads, secure new projects, and ensure smooth client handover to execution teams. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in the relevant field. MBA/PGDM is an advantage. - Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, or tendering in Civil Construction (Preferred). - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of bidding, estimation, and costing processes. - Proficiency in MS Office/AutoCAD software. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the job also requires proficiency in English and mandates the work location to be in Vadodara, Gujarat.
