Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales in the corporate gifting space. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales or business development, with a strong ability to make cold calls, fix client meetings, and close deals. Key Responsibilities:Prospect & Outreach: Identify potential corporate clients through research, networking, and cold calling. Cold Calling: Reach out to decision-makers (HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing) to introduce corporate gifting solutions. Fixing Meetings: Schedule and attend meetings (in-person or virtual) to pitch products and services. Client Engagement: Understand client needs, budgets, and timelines to offer tailored gifting solutions. Quotation & Proposal: Share pricing, catalogs, and customized proposals as per client requirements. Close Deals: Follow up on leads, negotiate, and convert them into successful sales. Relationship Building: Maintain long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and pipeline status using CRM tools or Excel.
