Job Summary: The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth through the development of new customer relationships, strategic partnerships, and expansion of market presence. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility.   Key Responsibilities: Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and referral partners. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Create and present business proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns and branding initiatives. Monitor business performance metrics and prepare regular progress reports for management. Negotiate and close business deals to achieve revenue goals. Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and relationship management. Represent the company at events, conferences, and meetings to promote services and establish brand presence. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience (1–2 years) in business development, sales, or marketing. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry will be an added advantage. Key Attributes: Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
