With a strong commitment to market expansion and product excellence, we are looking for a Sales Manager (Market Development Manager) to drive our growth journey by developing new customers, exploring new markets, and strengthening our brand presence.

Role Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to develop new business, explore untapped markets, and build strong customer relationships. You will play a key role in driving growth through lead generation, market insights, and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities for existing product portfolio through lead generation and conversion.
  • Explore new products, markets, and application segments for growth.
  • Conduct market research and gather competitor insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
  • Promote brand awareness through networking and customer engagement.
  • Track and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate degree required; Engineering or MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
  • 2–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the fastener or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Proven sales capabilities including persuasion, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Market intelligence and understanding of product applications.
  • Soft-spoken, honest, and capable of understanding unspoken customer needs.
