Business Development Manager (BDM)

Position Overview:

Brainfoster Tech Pvt Ltd., an esteemed IT solutions provider in Noida, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in the IT industry. The BDM will lead a team of Business Developers and be responsible for spearheading lead generation efforts, particularly focusing on international clients. The candidate must have a solid understanding of services like SEO, Website Development, App Development, Graphic Designing, and other IT-related solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide the Business Development team to achieve collective and individual targets.

2. Lead Generation: Drive strategic initiatives to identify and pursue business opportunities in international markets, ensuring monthly targets are met.

3. Client Engagement: Engage with potential international clients, discerning their requirements, and presenting Brainfoster's IT service offerings persuasively.

4. Service Promotion: Highlight Brainfoster's capabilities in SEO, Website Development, App Development, Graphic Designing, and other IT solutions tailored for global clientele.

5. English Proficiency: Exhibit outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring effective client interactions and team communications.

6. Performance Metrics: Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly targets.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, such as marketing and technical teams, to align strategies and ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree or MBA.

- 3-5 years of experience in IT business development, with a focus on international markets.

- An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates

- Comprehensive knowledge of SEO, Website Development, App Development, Graphic Designing, and other IT services.

- Exceptional English communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating teams.

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
