Training Location: Chandigarh Branch
Training Duration: 15–20 Days (Unpaid, Flexible)
Accommodation & Meals: Provided by Company during Training in Chandigarh
Interview Process: Final Interview Round at Chandigarh Branch
Salary: Starts from the date of joining at Delhi Branch (post-training)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in Wellness, Healthcare, or related industries. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building client relationships, and leading sales initiatives to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the wellness & healthcare sector.
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients to generate repeat business.
• Design and execute effective business development and sales strategies.
• Conduct presentations, negotiations, and finalize agreements with clients.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinic teams to ensure business success.
• Track sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in Wellness, Healthcare, Skin, Aesthetics, or related industries (mandatory).
• Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to handle teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

• Training: 15–20 Days (Unpaid) – Accommodation & meals provided by company.
• Job Location Post Training: Delhi Branch.
• Salary: Will start from the date of joining in Delhi.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹48,203.00 per month
