Job Descriptions

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Calicut team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in ERP software sales, comprehensive domain knowledge, and exceptional product demonstration and closing skills. As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and target potential SME clients in Kerala for our ERP software solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our ERP solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business requirements.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP software sales.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP systems and their application in various business processes.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and understand the features and benefits of our ERP software.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and results-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
