We are hiring for BDM for our IT firm based in Prahladnagar Ahmedabad location, Candidate must have 3+ years of relevant work experience in software selling Company having various software which would help medical industry to maintain data Person should be smart enough with excellent communication skills & Selling skills Roles should be involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, demonstrating the value of the software, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale. They act as a bridge between the software company and the customer, facilitating the sales process and building long-term relationships. Software sales agents actively seek out potential customers through various channels like cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online resources. They assess the needs and requirements of potential clients to determine if the software is a good fit and if the prospect is likely to convert into a paying customer. They need a deep understanding of the software's features, benefits, and functionalities to effectively communicate its value to clients. Customized Demonstrations: Sales agents tailor product demonstrations to address specific client needs and showcase how the software can solve their unique challenges. 3. Negotiating and Closing Deals: Contract Negotiation: They negotiate pricing, contract terms, and other details to finalize sales agreements. Closing Deals: Sales agents work to convert qualified leads into paying customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets. 4. Building and Maintaining Relationships: Client Relationship Management: They establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business. Post-Sale Support: Sales agents may collaborate with customer support teams to address client issues and ensure they are maximizing the software's value. 5. Staying Informed and Improving: Market Awareness: They stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to adapt their sales strategies.
