Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at [Agency Name]. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, researching potential clients, and establishing relationships with industry stakeholders, including hotels, airlines, and corporate clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives to increase revenue and attract new clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of customer-facing services and projects, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business relationships. You will also be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, reporting on business performance, and contributing to budget forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the travel industry.
• Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and customer relationship management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, lasting partnerships.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
