Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at [Agency Name]. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of customer-facing services and projects, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business relationships. You will also be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, reporting on business performance, and contributing to budget forecasts. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the travel industry. Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and customer relationship management. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, lasting partnerships.
