Job Description

Role Overview:We are looking for experienced Business Development Managers to establish strategic partnerships with corporates, housing societies, and consultancies. The BDM will drive tie-ups and bulk bookings to generate revenue for our real estate project. Key Responsibilities:Approach corporate companies for employee housing tie-ups Tie-up with housing societies and consultancies for partnership opportunities Identify strategic DSA / agent tie-up opportunities in Hyderabad Negotiate deals and convert leads into confirmed bookings Maintain relationships with partners and provide updates to management Collaborate with CP Managers and Field Executives to execute tie-ups Requirements:Proven B2B sales / business development experience Excellent negotiation & communication skills Target-driven and result-oriented Knowledge of Hyderabad real estate market is a plus Incentives / Benefits: Performance-based incentives on tie-ups and bookings Opportunity to grow in a high-potential real estate business
