Job Title: Business Development Manager (Upwork Experience Required) Location: Rajkot Job Type: Contract Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in acquiring and managing clients via Upwork and other freelance marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, creating compelling proposals, converting leads, and managing client relationships to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through Upwork and similar freelance platforms. Create, submit, and manage high-quality proposals tailored to client needs. Communicate with prospects and clients effectively to understand project requirements. Negotiate terms, pricing, and deliverables to close deals successfully. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business. Work closely with internal teams (design, development, content, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery. Track metrics like proposal win rate, conversion rate, and client satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies. Required Qualifications: 2–5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales, specifically on Upwork or similar platforms. Proven track record of winning high-value projects on freelance marketplaces. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in proposal writing and client negotiations. Familiarity with tools like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, HubSpot, Trello, or CRM software. Ability to understand technical services (e.g., web development, design, digital marketing, software). Preferred Skills: Experience in digital marketing, IT services, or SaaS sales. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
