Key Skills & Competencies • Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and deal-closure capabilities. • Proven experience in field-based business development and key account management. • Ability to engage effectively with government officials and senior industry stakeholders. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field. • Strong coordination skills across internal teams and external partners. • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic reporting systems. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred. • 5–12 years of relevant experience in B2B business development, key account management, or institutional sales.
Compensation • ₹4,00,000 to ₹6,00,000 per annum • Additional travel allowances and performance-based incentives
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per year
