Job Description

  • Client Relationship Management:

    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and providing tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to foster client loyalty.
  • Campaign and Event Management:

    Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of advertising campaigns and events, ensuring they align with client goals and brand strategy.
  • Project Coordination:

    Work closely with internal teams (creative, marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless coordination and timely execution of projects.
  • Client Communication:

    Conduct regular check-ins with clients, providing updates on project status, milestones, and any potential issues. Present results and deliverables in a clear and professional manner.
  • Budget and Timeline Management:

    Ensure that campaigns and events stay within budget and are delivered on time. Provide clients with detailed timelines and budget estimates, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Problem-Solving:

    Identify and address any challenges or roadblocks in client projects, offering solutions to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
  • Creative Briefs and Feedback:

    Gather client requirements, translate them into creative briefs, and provide timely feedback to the internal team to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Reporting and Analysis:

    Track the performance of advertising campaigns and events, prepare reports for clients, and analyze outcomes to provide actionable insights for future projects.
  • New Business Development:

    Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and new business within existing client accounts.
  • Market Trend Monitoring:

    Stay updated on the latest trends in advertising and event management, ensuring the agency remains competitive and innovative in its offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or project management within the advertising and event industry.
  • Strong understanding of advertising campaigns, event planning, and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and event management software.
  • A proactive and client-focused attitude, with a passion for delivering excellent service.
