Business Development Manager (B2B)

The key responsibilities for this role include working on provided leads to identify client needs and offer tailored hiring solutions for Crio learners. You will be responsible for building and expanding your pipeline by identifying new opportunities with tech startups, enterprises, and GCCs. Proactively connecting with key stakeholders like CTOs, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Hiring Managers is essential. Additionally, cultivating strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their talent needs and provide end-to-end recruitment solutions is a crucial aspect of this role. Serving as the point of contact for client communications and managing expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle is also part of your responsibilities. You will need to conduct market research to identify emerging trends and target industries where Crio's talent pool is in demand. Collaborating closely with the Outcomes, Marketing, and Career Services teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve client engagement is key. Tracking and reporting key metrics such as lead generation, client conversion, and placement success to drive informed decision-making is also expected. The qualifications for this position include a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B business development, preferably within the tech industry, HR, or recruitment solutions. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, with an MBA preferred but not mandatory. The skills required for this role include a strong understanding of the recruitment and tech hiring landscape, proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, ability to work independently and build your own pipeline, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in using CRM software and tools for lead tracking and reporting, and a results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.,
