Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves market research, analyzing industry trends, and working closely with the sales team to implement effective strategies. The Business Development Manager will also be expected to develop proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts to drive business growth.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
Experience in Market Research, Industry Analysis, and Strategy Development
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Proposal Writing, Contract Negotiation, and Deal Closing
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
