Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Rajkot, Gujarat. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, creating and implementing growth strategies, analyzing market trends, and managing sales efforts to expand the company’s customer base and increase revenue. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve organizational goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
  • Analytical thinking and ability to develop data-driven strategies
  • Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively
  • Familiarity with the steel or manufacturing industry is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  Identify and develop new business opportunities in the domestic flange market.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, EPC companies, traders, and fabricators.

 Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.

 Conduct regular market visits to identify potential clients, gather competitor information, and update management.

 Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate deals to close orders.

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
