Job Description

As a Business Development Manager in the Sales department, your primary role is to achieve branch sales targets, meet revenue goals, and ensure customer service satisfaction through standard checks and controls. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Branch Operations:** - Log-in proposal/application forms for all business verticals daily. - Log-in and issue GI Policies in CRM. - Monitor existing processes daily and ensure completion within defined TAT. - Generate CTF, ATF, RTF, and DTF daily. - Maintain business quality by reducing error rates to maximize revenue. - Generate business leads and solicitations. - Verify Proposal Forms and other documents. - Perform any other delegated tasks or duties as advised. - **Cash Management:** - Accept premiums and issue money receipts as per HO Guidelines. - Verify currency during premium acceptance. - Verify third-party cheques and instrument authenticity. - Account for Business Collection at the branch office. - Bank Business Collection within defined TAT for all verticals. - **Sales Management:** - Identify potential customers and establish business relationships. - Conduct relationship-building exercises like key customer meetings. - Achieve individual revenue targets. - Organize corporate meetings for product presentations. - **Regulatory & Compliance:** - Ensure Regulatory and Internal process compliance. - Submit/despatch Proposal & Application Forms within defined TAT. - Complete Televerification within defined TAT. - **Customer Servicing:** - Process Customer Service Requests within defined TAT. - Resolve customer inquiries/grievances following laid-down guidelines. - Track & monitor renewal dues for all verticals. - Support Customer Day Activities and post-sales services. - **Administrative Responsibility:** - Perform timely SOD & EOD daily. - Coordinate organizational activities at the branch level. - Provide administrative support to branches in coordination with HO. - Manage keys to branch Safe and office premises. - Open and close the branch office daily. **Qualification Required:** - Graduation. - Local candidates preferred. - Knowledge of selling insurance. - 2-3 years of experience in the insurance domain. - Knowledge of the agency channel and recruiting agents/brokers. This role offers a CTC of 3-5 LPA and provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic sales environment focused on achieving targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.,
