Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects and programs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand professional network.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
