Job Summary:

Adler is looking for a Business Development professional to take the lead on expanding our reach across India, the Middle East and Africa Region.

The role consists of maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, whilst establishing and building new partnerships within defined areas. New business opportunities are identified through self-research and data-led leads. The role involves predominantly liaising with clients via phone/video meetings in case of international locations and via phone / personal meetings in case of domestic locations; however, there is the opportunity for occasional travel to network and meet clients at their offices and industry events, so it is essential that you are confident, articulate and determined.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifying business opportunities

    by researching prospects and evaluating their position in the industry;

    identifying sales opportunities

    and generating leads
  • Meet Monthly and Quarterly New Client Acquisition goals

    or exceed Sales Volume, Company Revenue and maintain Company annual goals.
  • Develop and manage pipelines

    on CRM and focus on a high conversion rate.
  • Find targeted and

    potential leads

    and engage with the client via

    cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    and other marketing tools and techniques.
  • Reaching out to new clients and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits & scope of testing services.
  • Process the leads, identify decision-makers,

    and initiate the sales

    process via CRM. Selling our services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintaining relationships

    with all potential and existing clients by providing support, information and guidance; Understanding budget and identifying accurate needs of the client
  • Negotiating with the clients

    and closing the deal. Handling the complete sales life cycle acquisition.
  • Work on generating service queries,

    coordinating and follow-up with prospective clients

    .
  • Arrange Business Meetings

    and

    Video Conferences

    with Head HR / CEO / CXO / Directors from top-level MNCs with our Founder & MD.
  • Responsible for market intelligence & competitor mapping

Desired Candidate:

Preferably an MBA-Marketing or Any Grad/Master with at least 3+ years experience in Business Development preferably from Service Industry.
