Job Description

International Market Development

Identify and develop new business opportunities in key international hospitality markets (USA, Europe, Middle East, Asia-Pacific).
Target hotel chains, hospitals, and procurement groups (e.g., Avendra, Hilton Supply Management, Marriott, hospital sourcing bodies).
Conduct detailed market mapping, lead generation, and outreach to build a global sales pipeline.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Pitch customized bed and bath linen solutions to procurement and housekeeping decision-makers.
Manage end-to-end client relationships from prospecting to final delivery.
Ensure client satisfaction, repeat orders, and strategic account growth.

Sales Strategy & Reporting

Set and achieve region-wise sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and present performance reports, market feedback, and revenue forecasts to leadership.
Use CRM tools to manage sales funnels and reporting.

Product Development & Customization

Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure offerings meet hospitality standards and client specifications.
Recommend product enhancements, packaging, and laundry instructions based on regional needs.

Compliance &Logistics Coordination

Ensure orders meet international quality standards (OEKO-TEX, GOTS, ISO).
Coordinate with documentation and export logistics for order execution, customs clearance, and delivery timelines.
Understand Incoterms, HS codes (e.g., 6302, 6303, 6307), and regional textile tariffs.

Industry Engagement

Represent the company at international trade shows (e.g., Heimtextil, HITECH, regional hospitality expos).
Schedule and lead B2B meetings and follow-ups post-events.
