Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Business Development Associates and Sales Representatives to achieve revenue and enrollment targets
- Continuously train, mentor, and motivate your team to improve conversions and performance
- Counsel prospective learners, offer career advice, and explain how NxtWave’s CCBP 4.0 Programs can accelerate their career growth
- Establish the effectiveness and uniqueness of NxtWave’s programs to drive conversions
- Own the entire sales closing lifecycle for your team — including calls, demos, negotiations, closures, and post-sales follow-ups
- Maintain a detailed CRM database of all interactions and feedback
- Track weekly and monthly revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement
- Analyze and share feedback about customer behavior, market demand, and competition with the marketing team
- Handle escalations effectively and enhance overall customer experience
- Define weekly goals, assign responsibilities, and ensure accountability across the team
- Provide prompt solutions for operational and customer-related challenges
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of proven experience managing a Sales team
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Native fluency in Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam, Hindi, or Tamil (multi-lingual candidates preferred)
- Excellent English proficiency
- Highly dedicated, hardworking individuals with determination and resilience
- Prior experience in EdTech sales is an added advantage
- Strong empathy, patience, and leadership qualities
- Structured, data-driven approach to building funnels and meeting deadlines
- Sales mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experience
Languages Known
- Native speakers of Kannada, Marathi, Odia, or Tamil preferred
- Excellent English proficiency required
Work Location & Schedule
- Work from Office – Hyderabad
- 6-day work week
- Weekends: Working days
- Weekday: Week off
