Business Development Lead

As an ISO 13485-certified MedTech product design studio, you are in the business of providing comprehensive design and development solutions for medical device companies globally. With a track record of 75+ successful device launches and 34+ registered IPRs, you have established yourself as a leader in transforming innovative healthcare concepts into market-ready products across diagnostics, therapeutics, and medical robotics. In the role of a Business Development Manager at INDQ, your primary responsibility will be to drive the company's global expansion and forge strategic partnerships with international MedTech companies. Your focus will include client acquisition, relationship management, and positioning INDQ as the preferred design partner for medical device development worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Drive international business development and client acquisition in target markets such as the US, Europe, and APAC - Build strategic partnerships with MedTech companies, startups, and healthcare organizations - Lead client presentations, pitches, and proposal development for complex design projects - Develop and execute market entry strategies for new geographic regions - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure - Collaborate with technical teams to translate client requirements into compelling proposals - Represent INDQ at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events Qualifications: - 5+ years of B2B sales experience in MedTech, medical devices, or healthcare technology - Proven track record of international business development and client acquisition - Strong understanding of medical device regulations such as FDA, CE, and ISO 13485 - Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Experience with product design services or engineering consulting preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Life Sciences - Willingness to travel In addition to the exciting responsibilities and qualifications required for this role, INDQ offers you the following: - Opportunity to shape INDQ's global expansion strategy - Competitive compensation with performance incentives - Exposure to advanced medical device projects - International travel and networking opportunities,
