The Opportunity This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes B2B sales, understands the rhythm of outbound prospecting, and can convert conversations into long-term revenue relationships. What You’ll Do Own the full sales and lead generation cycle — from prospecting, cold outreach, and qualification to closing. Identify and target decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Marketing/Sales Heads) across enterprise and mid-market accounts. Generate and nurture a steady pipeline through LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM tools, and market research. Partner with the marketing and strategy teams to align outbound efforts with ABM campaigns and demand-gen goals. Conduct sales presentations, discovery calls, and proposal pitches to convert qualified leads into clients. Track outreach performance and deal progress using HubSpot , LinkedIn Sales Navigator , and Looker Studio . Meet and exceed quarterly revenue and qualified opportunity targets. What We’re Looking ForPreferred Qualification Any graduate (Commerce / Business background preferred) MBA or equivalent degree is a plus Preferred Skills 3+ years of proven experience in B2B outbound sales or lead generation , preferably in a digital marketing or ABM agency . Expertise in appointment setting, outbound campaigns, and enterprise pipeline management. Strong understanding of sales funnels, campaign ROI , and BANT / CHAMP qualification frameworks . Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Hands-on experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce), outreach tools (Outreach.io, Apollo, ZoomInfo), and sales analytics dashboards. POSITION : ABM & B2B Demand Generation Specialist JOB OVERVIEW The Demand Generation Expert will work on the nuances of B2B demand generation ,knowing how to work across the entire marketing stack, and enjoys partnering with senior leadership to shape real business outcomes.This is a hands-on role where an ABM expert will own end-to-end campaigns, run experiments, optimize journeys, and drive both ABM-led and inbound-led lead generation. WHAT YOU WILL DO Account-Based Marketing Build and execute ABM programs for high-value accounts across awareness, consideration, and decision stages.
