Business Development Lead US Accounting

Work includes building B2B business client relationships with accounting professionals across US for the company. This role leads to management position and earning of stock options.

• Lead a team of business development function of the company
• Launch and manage marketing campaigns which result into sales
• Deploy various LinkedIn Marketing techniques to tap professional clients
• Deploy various Email Marketing techniques to spread awareness about the company and to tap new clients
• Deploy cold call outreach strategies for the company
• Deploy digital marketing and paid campaign strategies
• Deploy robust lead generation techniques for the company
• Launch and manage Social media marketing, Search engine marketing, Content marketing campaigns
• If required, work on conferences and expos for sales and marketing
• Build a sales pipeline which results into quality clientele for the company
• Work in close coordination with clients and internal technical team to effectively close the sales calls
• Launch B2C marketing and sales strategies for the company to tap into direct clients
• Build and lead the entire business development department
• Engage with external agencies and consultants for effective campaign execution
• Overall responsibility of new business initiatives of the company
