Business Development Internship

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Business Development & Marketing Intern /Fresher to manage the front-end sales funnel and support our digital marketing initiatives. This hybrid role offers hands-on exposure to lead generation, client outreach, content creation, and campaign analytics, making it ideal for freshers or early-career professionals eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients in the manufacturing sector through platforms like LinkedIn, IndiaMART and other platforms.
• Cold Outreach: Initiate contact via calls and emails to introduce solutions.
• Follow-Up: Engage with prospects to schedule demos, answer queries, and maintain CRM records.
• Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals and quotations, and track sales metrics.

Marketing & Communications

• Content Creation: Develop and schedule posts for LinkedIn and other social media platforms using tools like Canva.
• Campaign Support: Assist in executing email campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer insights through surveys and interactions.
• Documentation: Maintain organized records of campaign performance, customer interactions, and reports.

Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Background: Pursuing or completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of social media platforms, Canva, MS Office, CRM and GenAI tools.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records.
• Attitude: Eagerness to learn, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and with team.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
