Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate a minimum of 2 qualified leads per day.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Clearly and persuasively explain product and service details.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Maintain CRM records and track daily performance.
  • Follow up on warm leads and nurture potential clients.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly revenue goals.

Performance Indicators:

  • Number of calls made per day/week.
  • Conversion rate of calls to leads.
  • Lead quality and follow-up effectiveness.
  • Consistency in achieving daily lead targets.
  • Communication skills, professionalism, and adherence to guidelines.
