Job Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Intern to support our sales and growth efforts. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to learn how B2B sales, CRM systems, and client engagement work in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You’ll assist the team in generating leads, conducting research, and helping with sales outreach and presentations.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Research

  • Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through online research and databases.
  • Assist in maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Support outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Help schedule meetings and product demos for senior team members.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
  • Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.

Client Communication

  • Support follow-up communication with prospects and existing clients.
  • Help gather client feedback and prepare summary reports for internal teams.

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct research on market trends, industry segments, and competitors.
  • Share insights that can support marketing and product strategies.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn about B2B sales, CRM tools, and the SaaS industry.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Preferred)
