About the Role:


We’re looking for a proactive individual who wants to gain practical business development experience by working closely with our core team. This opportunity is ideal for early-career professionals or freelancers who want to understand how client acquisition, communication, and coordination work in a real business environment. You’ll be involved in lead generation, outreach, business cold calls, proposal preparation, and client follow-ups, helping the company strengthen its business relationships and expand its client base.



Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead Generation & Outreach


  • Research potential clients through LinkedIn, business directories, and professional networks.
  • Draft and send personalized outreach messages or emails to initiate conversations.
  • Maintain detailed records of communication and follow-ups.


2. Proposal & Communication Support


  • Assist in preparing client proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to collect project details and prepare client-ready material.
  • Support communication with prospects, ensuring timely responses and clarity.


3. Client Coordination


  • Understand client requirements and document them accurately.
  • Help ensure smooth handovers to the project or operations team.
  • Collect and organize client feedback for continuous improvement.


4. Market & Competitor Research


  • Study service trends and identify potential market opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor strategies to support business decision-making.


5. Business Cold Calls


  • Make introductory calls to potential leads.
  • Present company services professionally and record responses.
  • Schedule follow-up calls or meetings for the senior team.


Who We're Looking For:


  • Individuals with experience or interest in business development, marketing, or client management.
  • Excellent English communication and phone conversation skills.
  • Confident in making business cold calls and handling client conversations.
  • Able to take ownership of tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), MS Office, and ideally familiar with CRM or lead-tracking tools.
  • Prior experience in outreach, communication, or sales is preferred.
