Business Development Internship in Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Identify high-potential fashion brands using Instagram, marketplaces, and directories.
• Evaluate brand fit based on style, surplus quality, and alignment with TrueBrands’ values.
• Initiate conversations with shortlisted brands through email, WhatsApp, or calls.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to drive interest and move leads through the pipeline.
• Assist in converting interested brands to signed partners.
• Help collect onboarding documentation, product samples, and confirm SKUs.
• Coordinate closely with founders and internal teams during onboarding.
• Assist partner brands in uploading SKUs and listing details on the Shopify-powered marketplace.
• Coordinate with tech interns to resolve any listing-related issues or delays.
• Update and manage the CRM or Google Sheet tracker with lead status, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Ensure no brand conversations are lost or delayed.
• Conduct weekly check-ins with onboarded brands to ensure fresh listings and healthy stock.
• Resolve minor issues or escalate to the founder or tech team when needed.
• Ensure brand compliance with packaging, dispatch timelines, and fulfillment SOPs.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless brand experience.
• Share observations on trending categories, gaps in inventory, or feedback from partners.
• Help refine assortment and improve overall platform performance.
• Foster long-term trust with brand partners and key decision-makers.
• Ensure consistent engagement to support retention, collaboration, and growth beyond the initial partnership.
