Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients across industries (B2B lead generation).
Reach out to decision-makers (HRs, Founders, CXOs) via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
Support the BD team in preparing proposals, client decks, and presentations.
Maintain client data in CRM tools and track communication updates.
Coordinate with internal teams (Recruitment & Marketing) for client requirements.
Participate in virtual meetings, training sessions, and business reviews.
