Business Developer Intern

In this role, you’ll support the business development team in taking our work to the right clients—through research, outreach, pitches, and early-stage client interactions. This is a hands-on role with strong exposure to live projects, client conversations, and how deals are shaped from the ground up.

• Support lead generation through research, data collection, and outreach
• Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and presentation materials
• Maintain CRM systems, trackers, and follow-up logs
• Coordinate with internal strategy, creative, and tech teams for proposals and deliveries
• Support ongoing client communication and observe live pitch discussions
• Help track opportunities, timelines, and next steps across projects

• Strong communication skills and confidence in written and verbal interaction
• Interest in business development, sales, or client servicing within creative or tech-led environments
• Curiosity to understand martech, creative-tech, and emerging technologies
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
• Basic knowledge of PPT, Google Slides, Excel, or CRM tools is a plus
