Role Overview

As a Business Development Intern, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of TruWebz Studios Inc. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in sales, lead generation, and strategic growth within a digital agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling (if applicable).
  • Support in pitching TruWebz services to small businesses and startups.
  • Schedule meetings and follow-ups with interested clients.
  • Assist in creating proposals and presentation decks.
  • Maintain CRM records and keep track of all leads and communications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align sales strategies.
  • Meet weekly or monthly targets as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and web design services.
  • Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and CRM software (Zoho experience is a plus).
  • Strong research and organizational skills.
  • Ability to commit a minimum of 10-15 hours per week.
