Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern with excellent communication skills to support our sales team. The role involves outreach, lead generation, and assisting in client acquisition through outbound calls and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound B2B calls to generate interest and build leads
  • Pitch products/services and schedule demos for the sales team
  • Assist in achieving monthly business development goals
  • Maintain and update CRM records with call and lead activity
  • Follow up with potential clients to nurture a strong sales pipeline

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Proactive, target-driven, and eager to learn sales processes
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus (training will be provided)
  • Open to freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales/lead generation
