Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess foundational knowledge of Upwork and proposal writing. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of business development, including client communication and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying New Business Opportunities across platforms such as Upwork, PPH, and Sales Navigator and learning how to spot potential clients and projects.
• Contribute to proposal writing by gathering necessary information and learning how to tailor pitches to client needs.
• Support building and maintaining client relationships by understanding their needs, assisting in communication, and providing basic support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Perform preliminary research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities, providing insights to assist the team.
• Work closely with team members to support the development and implementation of strategies aimed at business growth.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements by reading relevant materials and sharing key findings with the team to inform business strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field
• Marketing mind
• Excellent English- both written and verbal
• Adapt swiftly to new information and technologies
• Show proactive initiative, strong motivation

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹120,000.00 per year

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
