This is an on-site position with working days from Monday to Friday, offering a performance-based stipend with the potential for conversion to a full-time role. Key Responsibilities: - Make cold calls and send cold emails to potential clients. - Generate and qualify leads to develop a solid sales pipeline. - Pitch OneThrive's services and effectively convert prospects into clients. - Maintain and nurture client relationships, serving as the main point of contact. - Utilize CRM to track leads and communications. - Collaborate closely with the core team to facilitate client onboarding and retention processes. Qualifications Required: - Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. - Goal-oriented individual eager to excel in a sales-driven role. - Resilient and capable of handling rejections while maintaining motivation. - Quick learner and self-starter prepared to thrive in a startup environment. - Prior experience in sales or client-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
