About the Role:

Business Development Intern

You’ll work closely with the founders and marketing team to design and execute outreach strategies using Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Upwork, and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential clients through inbound and outbound channels
• Generate and nurture leads via LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Upwork, and Google Ads
• Manage outreach campaigns: messages, follow-ups, and lead tracking
• Research target industries and decision-makers
• Schedule discovery/sales meetings with prospective clients
• Assist in proposal creation, client communication, and CRM updates
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign insights and feedback

• Have strong communication and research skills
• Are proactive and comfortable reaching out to new people
• Are curious about digital marketing, sales funnels, and B2B outreach
• Want hands-on exposure to client acquisition and sales strategy
