Job Title: Business Development Intern

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: ₹20,000 per month

Post-Internship CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

Role: Business Development Associate (Internship)

As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with our core business team to identify new opportunities, establish client relationships, and drive business growth through innovative strategies and effective communication.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and execute innovative business development strategies.
  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing the process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored business solutions.
  • Draft impactful business proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate business terms, close deals, and strive to exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Research and analyze industry trends, market movements, and competitor strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage CRM records and performance metrics with precision and regular updates.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities throughout all interactions.
