We at FirstCron are looking for enthusiastic and passionate freshers who are eager to kickstart their career as a Business Development Executive (BDE) for the USA market.

This internship is a great opportunity to learn end-to-end BDE processes, from lead generation to client handling, in a global business environment.

🎯 What You’ll Learn:

-Understanding the US IT recruitment and business landscape

-Lead generation, client communication, and sales strategies

-Building and maintaining strong business relationships

-Hands-on exposure to CRM tools, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting

-How to manage the full Business Development lifecycle

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

-Freshers with excellent communication skills (spoken & written English)

-Highly motivated, curious, and willing to learn

-Must have a LinkedIn profile, laptop, and reliable Wi-Fi connection

-Ability to work independently in a remote setup

-Strong interest in sales, business growth, and client interaction
