Role Description

Business Development Intern

What you'll be doing:

• Take ownership of

  business outreach

  : connect with MSMEs, SMEs, and unorganized sector businesses to understand their digital needs.
• Represent DRCO’s offerings: Web & App Development, Digital Solutions, Automation, and Design Services.
• Identify leads via LinkedIn, references, industry groups, and field intelligence.
• Assist in

  building long-term client relationships

  with a problem-solving approach.
• Support proposal drafting, meetings, follow-ups, and closures.
• Learn the

  art of persuasion, storytelling, and positioning

  — from pitch to partnership.

What we are looking for:

• Strong

  communication & persuasion

  skills — Hindi or English, as long as it connects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset —

  dedicated, consistent, curious, and proactive

  .
• Confidence in dealing with MSMEs, local businesses, or even field-level conversations.
• Eagerness to learn

  sales, strategy, and startup thinking

  from scratch.
• Applicants should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology, and be either current students or recent graduates.
• Prior exposure to startups, marketing clubs, or college fests? Big plus.
