You will identify new business opportunities, manage tendering and proposal processes, and build strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Market Development & Lead Generation Identify, research, and qualify business opportunities across government, PSU, and private sectors. Actively explore central, state, and departmental e-procurement portals (CPPP, GeM, NIC, etc.) for potential tenders. Maintain and grow a lead funnel using digital platforms, industry events, and direct outreach. Support in creating targeted outreach strategies for different verticals and geographies. Tender Management & Proposal Development Evaluate RFPs/EOIs and prepare complete tender documentation (technical, financial, and pre-qualification). Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for content, compliance, and cost estimation. Ensure timely submission of bids and maintain records of all submissions, queries, and clarifications. Assist in preparing presentations, capability statements, and project credentials. Client & Partner Engagement Build, nurture, and manage client relationships through consistent communication and support. Liaise with government officials, procurement officers, and institutional stakeholders. Coordinate meetings, demonstrations, and proposal discussions with potential clients and partners.
