Sales Development Executive | Remote | High-Commission Opportunity

This is a growing AI business transformation company

What You'll Do:

• Execute strategic GTM campaigns with full support and tools
• Connect with 50-70 prospects daily (1500+ monthly baseline)
• Build relationships with C-Suite executives across industries
• Accelerate revenue growth through structured outbound processes
• Be part of the AI transformation wave reshaping how businesses operate

What We're Looking For

The Ideal Candidate:

• Fresh talent or minimal experience (we'll train you)
• Strong English communication skills
• Natural adaptability and learning mindset
• Motivated by performance-based rewards

Compensation & Terms

• Base:

  ₹10-15K monthly

• Commission:

  Up to 30% profit sharing (unlimited upside potential)

(Upside ptential: Entire month's salary can be made in a day!)

• Contract:

  3-month initial term with permanent conversion opportunity

• Schedule:

  Monday-Friday (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM), Saturday (9:30 AM - 1:30 PM)

• Location:

  100% Remote
