Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Gurgaon. The HR Recruiter will oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, building and maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in recruitment, including talent sourcing, screenings, and onboarding processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams
• Understanding of the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
• Knowledge of various industry hiring trends and best practices in talent acquisition
• Proficiency in time management and prioritizing a range of tasks and deadlines effectively
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
• Experience in campus hiring or volume hiring is a plus
